Online-only docs not appearing in file explorer
Hi all,
I just set up a new PC and logged into dropbox. The only content I needed immediately (and therefore set to local instead of online-only) was one folder. The rest simply do not appear in my File Explorer. On all other devices previously, all documents appeared (after a long syncing process) but stayed online-only until I needed them, allowing me to save in those folders. I now cannot access anything except for the one folder without going to the dropbox website.
Can anyone advise how to get all documents in my Dropbox to sync to File Explorer but stay online-only?
Thanks.

Are you perhaps referring to Selective Sync, and not the online-only/available offline feature? Check your Selective Sync settings and make sure you have all of your folders set to sync. If any are unchecked, they won't sync to your computer.

Got it. I re-installed and was trying to select all folders, but it seemed like it wasn't letting me due to space. I had to walk away and then it started indexing everything. Guess it just needed some time before it started.
