Message "syncing 2 file"

Some days ago my Dropbox stopped to sync files, so I did an advanced reinstall on my Mac (OS Ventura 13.4).

After this my files are syncing as well but Dropbox shows me the sync icon and a message "syncing 2 file" and it doesn't stop the uploading.
I tried this but it doesn't work.

Any suggestion?

    If you hover your mouse over the Dropbox icon, instead of clicking on it, do you get the same syncing message? 

     

    Also, what happens if you click on your avatar, on the top right part, and then "View sync issues"?

    Could you let me know how long has the desktop app been stuck at syncing these files? 

     

    If you could also hover your mouse, over the little Dropbox icon, on your menu bar next to the WiFi, and let me know the version of the app that you're using, that'd be amazing. 

     

    If you could also send us a screenshot of the app's exact status, I'd appreciate it.

     

    Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there!

      My app version is 176.4.5108.

      The desktop app is showing the message, but there aren't files to sync as you can see:
