Members who have edit access are getting a message that their Dropbox is full
Good morning,
I have over 1.5T available, and created a folder where 4 other members can EDIT. However, sometimes, the get a message that their dropbox is full; despite there being plenty of space.
Please hlep, this is embarassing me with my clients

Hi there, Assy, thanks for reaching out to us.
The thing here is that, when you invite someone to a folder and give them edit access, the folder needs to be added to their account.
That means it's taking up space in their account as well, not just yours.
If you want them to upload files to your account, without affecting their space, we'd suggest a file request instead.
And if they need to access the folder, you can give them view-only rights, by sending them a link to the folder.
