- 2 years agoThank you all so much - with your help I appear to have solved the problem. The Help Centre page which takes you through step by step and shows you how (and where) to delete the link was the key ONCE I had deciphered its instructions!!
Then I could create a new uncorrupted link which now works - thanks again everyone!

I've managed to get the syncing done but unsure if the general link works for everyone anymore.

Hey Ian Lambert, sorry to jump in here, but it sounds like your shared links may have been banned.
How long have you been getting this error when accessing your shared link(s)?
You can test it out from an incognito window if you'd like to see if it works for others.

So, you've deleted the file you link points to, re-uploaded it and created a new shared link that gives you the same error Ian Lambert?
