Issues with Signatures and templates

I upgraded my plan to Dropbox Essentials for the unlimited signatures.  My signatures are limited to 3 requests. And each time I try to Create a template inside Dropbox > Signatures, it gets stuck o...

    I can see that it's now closed since you didn't respond back in time. Are you able to open a  new follow-up ticket from there?
