Friend tried to share folder with me, but got "No matches" on my email address
A friend tried to share a folder with me, but when he entered the email address I use with my DropBox account, the screen said "No matches." Any ideas what the problem could be, and how we can fix...

Has he tried to just click tap the Share button after entering your email? I may be wrong but I thought that message just meant it couldn't find the email address in their contacts.
This screenshot is on iOS, not Android, but the results are similar. If I tap on Share, the invite will still be sent.

Hi Rich,
That's probably exactly what happened. I ended up just creating a folder and sharing it with him, and that solved it.
Thanks for your reply!
