File uploaded from one computer is not accessible on another computer

I do not see the file uploaded from computer A on computer B.  The Dropbox account is the same on A & B.

On computer B I can see the Dropbox folder that the file was uploaded to from Computer A.  But I can't see the uploaded file.

I can see the uploaded file file from computer A.  But not from B.

How can I view and download from computer B?

Hi Mark.  Thank you for responding to my question.

When I put the pointer on the file name a pop up offers "Share link  and elipsis."

    Thank you.

Can the folder be configured to always share its contents with computer B

      Hey Thomas D.12!

Keep in mind that computers sync directly with the Dropbox website, not with each other. To find where the problem lies, start by checking each computer you use to access Dropbox. Compare the files in the Dropbox folder on that computer against the Dropbox website.

Would you mind using these steps in order to check each device's syncing status at the moment?

As you can see the folders but not the files what does Dropbox say if you mouse over its icon on Computer A?
