Error when trying to send Dropbox Sign signature request
Dear Community,
While I try to send a file for signature I receive below request
Can’t send the request
Something went wrong and we weren’t able to process the signature request at the moment...

- Clwenner2 years agoExplorer | Level 4Apparently I am not eligible for support because I use a basic Dropbox which is not a paid subscription. Could this be the reason? Does anyone know what other free signing platforms I could use?

We also have the same issue with Ticket #22829762.
At least two users affected on paid Dropbox Sign licenses. Different locations, tested different browsers etc.
