Do you use our app on your mobile, or are you connecting your mobile to your computer using a cable?
We can reset your camera uploads for you if you wish, and if you still have the photos saved in your camera roll on your mobile.

This is something that we can help you with, and not something you can do on your end.
Of course, you can always manually upload any file that wasn't uploaded to the account.
