Dropbox Backup: Untouched large file keeps restarting upload
I have one large old file (200GB) among many small ones in a folder being uploaded to Dropbox Backup.
However, the upload appears to be continually restarting, even though no software on the computer should be touching the file for any kind of write.
I've left my computer running with updates disabled for three days straight so far so that the file could try to back up. The farthest it has gotten is less than 10 GB.
After leaving it go for a while, I can open the Dropbox window again from the notification area icon to check the progress, and it will have restarted the upload over again, showing 199.8 GB remaining and back down to 166 GB out of 366 GB backed up.
This file is never going to back up, and I don't know why.
The test Restore of the file completed successfully. It does appear that it was able to fully back up. Thank you for resolving the problem.

No, this is using the Dropbox software for Windows 11.
There isn't a whole lot I can do screenshot-wise, but this is what the Dropbox window keeps resetting to:
I have tried disabling my computer's real-time antivirus scanning, in case that was causing the problem, but the issue persists.

Thanks for the update, Shendare.
There's no known issue that could cause this, but we'll definitely get to the bottom of this.
Can you also let us know which version of the Dropbox app you're using?
You can see that by hovering over the Dropbox icon in your system tray.

Thanks, Hannah.
Version 208.4.5824 is currently running.
I disabled the bandwidth limiter option half an hour ago just in case, but when I clicked the Dropbox notification icon to check the upload progress just now, it reset to 199.8 GB remaining again.
