Could you please let us know your device's exact OS version and the version of the Dropbox mobile app installed there as well?
Have you tried clearing the app's cache since you first noticed this?

Android version: 11 (RKQ1.200862.002) / MIUI 12.5.4
Dropbox app version: 304.2.4
I've just cleaned cache - it didn't solve anything.

In that case, could you completely uninstall the app and re-install it anew to see if that makes any difference?

- 737NG2 years agoNew member | Level 2Same problem. Scans on Android device are pretty much unusable after the update. Regardless of type if scan all images come out blurry. Also why is there a timer that takes photos? Can we not do it ourselves just like every other scan app? Thanks
