Hi Walter!
I ended up looking for this feature and would just like to vote for it.
This would be a great addition to already powerful Dropbox.
I have long screen recordings and would like to refer to certain key moments in videos and was trying to figure out if the URL can be manipulated so that it would be possible to start the video from desired moment.
I can see use cases for this in knowledge transfer. because it's not there, I'm now considering moving all videos to private "Youtube" / Dreambroker solution. but it would be great if Dropbox could provide this small, but quite essential feature.
