I don't see my old files after disbanding my Dropbox team.
I disbanded my Teams account however my account or files were never converted to my individual Basic accounts.

Can you clarify what you mean when saying your Dropbox account was never converted to a Basic account? What did you see right after the disband?
If you use the search bar on your Dropbox account, can you locate a folder under your name perhaps? This one should contain all of your personal files.
Besides that, do you remember any filenames that were previously saved on your team space? Do you get any results if you search for them, as well?
