How do I unshare a file or folder with a non member

Greetings - I am using Dropbox Business Standard.  I have several files shared with various people.  Is there a way to delete links and/or sharing with one non-member?  I am not sure where all of the shares are located?

No, sorry, that solution is the only way. Dropbox does not store outgoing emails, plus, the links could have been shared in other ways, say, via a direct email.

The only way to stop anybody having access to a link is to cancel it and create a new one.

    Hi DanM1959

If the other person is not a member they are accessing just read only shared links where are the same for every person who has access to them. You'll need to cancel the link at www.dropbox.com/links and make new ones for the people who should have access instead.

Since I am not sure which files were shared to a particular person, that solution does not apply.  Is there a way to look up links by the person?

I agree. I wish there were a simple ways to deactivate multiple files and folders for specific users, in one swoop, across the board, without having to create  new folders or move files for the members who I WANT to continue sharing with, or having to go through my entire Dropbox and individually select and modify permissions on files/folders.

On a related note, I would also like to be able to clean up my entire Dropbox by deactivating all links to external users, in one bulk move, instead of having to go through (literally) 1000s of folders to remove access to the files. Anyone who needs access could simply request it again.

I hope you manage to offer these practical Admin functionalities soon!
