Dropbox hangs on Android when editing text file

Question

I love Dropbox but I have a problem editing text files on Android.
It happens every day, I want to make some note and write for a few minutes, then when I click save the message appears "the application has crashed". Very similar message I get when editing text files and switching to another window and going back to Dropbox file editor - this scenario makes Dropbox crash every time.
Some solution would be Great!!!

Can you clarify the OS version of your device, as well as the version of your Dropbox app?&nbsp;
&nbsp;
Did the issue occur after a specific update?
&nbsp;
If you can send over a screenshot of the error as well that’d be great.

Dear dropbox ( Nancy ) what the actual F* - I just almost got heart attack that someone hacked my account but now... it 's just your incompetence again - you allow two forum profiles to have same username and if you tag the OP (profile ID:&nbsp;1813642,&nbsp; https://www.dropboxforum.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1813642) I get&nbsp; the notification (profile ID: 581054, https://www.dropboxforum.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/581054). Could you kindly fix your mess?

Hey Wojtek, sorry if this was a cause for concern.
&nbsp;
Apparently one of the usernames had a space at the end.
&nbsp;
We adjusted it to differentiate the profiles better.
&nbsp;
