Deleting the Files In My MacBook Without Losing Them on Dropbox
I need to return my MacBook to the company. How can I remove the Dropbox folder on my MacBook and delete any Dropbox files locally without losing them on my Dropbox?

Hello Reubencht, First make sure your Dropbox is fully synced (you see up to date if you put your mouse icon over the Dropbox icon on the menubar). Then you can open Dropbox settings (click the Dropbox icon on the menubar → click the profile icon → choose Preferences), navigate to Account tab and sign out. That should unlink your MacBook from your Dropbox account. You may consider making a local backup of your Dropbox folder, though not strictly necessary. Finally, you can delete the folder from your Mac.
