Was this problem ever resolved? I'm getting the same error: "There was an error loading the transcript". I opened the same videos in Chrome, Edge, and Firefox, as well as in incognito mode without success. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, this should have been resolved, but let's see what we can find together on that.
Does that happen with all of your files, or a specific one? If you could send me a screenshot of the error, that'd be amazing.

It's only one file that I'm aware of. It's an MP4 file, no different than others that are working.

Hey Candle - sorry to jump in here, but could you clarify the size of the file and if you've tried another network since you first noticed this?

The file is 680 MB. I have not tried another network. Larger and smaller files work on this network, but not that specific video.
For anyone reading this in the future, re-uploading the file fixed the issue for me.
