Unspecified Error while opening .txt file Online Only - Windows 11 22H2
Hi Support,
With dropbox client v163.4.5456 on Windows 11 22H2 (OS Build 22621.963), I still have the Unspecified Error, while opening a Online only .txt in the Windows 11 File Explporer. (In Windows 10 (21h2 & 22H2), the .txt automatically download, when I open the .txt file).
Can this please be fixed?
I can only open these files, after I download the files, by making them available offline.
Tnx.
Kind regards,
Richie
Hey folks,
Sorry for the delay in getting back to you, but we have great news!
We have a build here of the desktop application that we believe should fix this issue:

Hi RichieRich1891, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Can you please send us a screenshot of the exact error you're getting so that we can have a visual too?
Also, does this happen with all files of this file type or does it happen with others as well?
Any additional information is more than welcome!

Hey RichieRich1891, sorry to jump in here.
Does this happen with all your online-only .txt files or just specific ones?
And if you try to make one of them available offline, move it out of the Dropbox folder and then back in, does that help?
