Images don't preview on Dropbox Paper - keep seeing an error that the preview can't load.
Has anyone had a problem with images within PAPER files not loading & getting an error message of "cannot load previse" image may have been moved?
I have had this with support for nearly 2 weeks an...

Welcome to our forum, Cottonreal, and I’m sorry to hear about this.
Are you seeing the exact same thing on all Dropbox Paper platforms?
I also had a look into our system and was able to find your ticket with our support team. Since I see our specialized team is currently looking into this, I’d suggest continuing the troubleshooting with them directly. I’ve left them an internal note, as well.

Yes seeing it across a number of our PAPER files. It has been with support for over 3 weeks now as is really having an impact on our business. Is there any way it can be escalated?

I’m afraid there’s not much that can be done, since the case is already being handled by our advanced team and they're currently investigating.
Since I understand the impact this has though, I’ve left another note to our team, in case they can find a quicker resolution.
