Getting an error (5XX) on the website
Hello DropBox,
Currently receiving Error (5XX). How long does it generally take to resolve this?

When I correctly logged in using my password, I was sent and email with a code. I entered the code, then was taken to a screen that said my password was incorrect. When I tried to change my password, I was also given the same error, but received an email stating that my password was successfully changed. It appears that I'm locked out of my account.

I seem to be getting a 5XX error. Trying to review work from my team but saying there's a server error. Wanted to report it to Dropbox. Didn't know if there is a place to track when this issue will be resolved. Thank you.

Me too. I can get to DropBox via my phone app but I get the Error (5xx) page when I try through a pc browser.
