Not a comforting response Mark. Of course it's a technical error.
What is being done to rectify the problem? Has there been any troubleshooting performed?What reassurance can you offer that we will have access returned ASAP?
Millions of people are relying on this service, so providing complete details of what is being done would be appreciated.
