DB website folder thumbnails - plain blue please - no photo collages
I HATE the new photo-collage folder thumbnails on the Dropbox website. 👎👎👎👎👎
Not sure why anyone thought that was a good idea or why a content thumbnail is needed for a folder (especially sin...

Hey amcoffice, thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts on this with us.
Can you please send us a screenshot of how this looks on your end so that we can have a visual too?
Does this happen when on the Grid view or on the List view?
Let us know more and we'll take it from there, Judith.

Thank you for the prompt response, Walter.
It happens in Grid and Large Grid view - see screenshot below.

Thanks for the screenshot and clarifying that for me too amcoffice - much appreciated.
As we experiment with making it easier to switch into/out of this experience, we'd recommend using the 'List' option.
That said, your feedback has been logged in our system too - please let us know if you have anything else to add.

Thank you, Walter, for the follow-up.
Changes to work processes are unproductive - I'll use list view if I have to.
I do appreciate your forwarding my feedback.
Not all updates are good - sometimes I wish we could just leave well enough alone.
Still don't get the value of a random photo-collage thumbnail for a folder.
Maybe add an option for folder thumbnails (plain/blue versus content).
Oh well, thanks anyway.

Hi Walter - i agree with Judith and would like to submit my feedback as well. This change has made using Dropbox much more of a messy place when dealing with images should be simplified where possible, not made more complex (visually) with things like photo collage!
Thank you,Charlotte
