All files show as zero bytes.

After restore and syncing now are the fils with zero bytes. Some are showing size after opening but some I can't open at all, even if the preview thumbnail is showing in finder

ok, it now seems to download all the files.
I hope new filse are on both sides.thx

Would you mind clarifying your app's current syncing status?
It sounds like your content might have synced as online-only. What happens when you try to change the files' status to "available offline"?

I tried too but the same.
Earlier I coud always saw the size without having this option
