Does the file preview normally on the Dropbox site when viewing it on a desktop machine?

 

What is the file size of the file in question on the site?

 

This will help me to assist further!

    Hi Jay!

    Files go from 200mb up to 3.5Gb
    The previews work fine in low res on browser and app.
