I am on the latest iOS and Dropbox for my iPhone 13. Dropbox 324.2 and iOS 16.4.1 I noticed that it was going forth between 5 and 4 photos left. There is plenty of room in dropbox. Nothing has been uploaded. I followed the instructions mentioned here https://www.dropboxforum.com/t5/Storage-Space/Photo-backup-on-iPhone-isn-t-working/td-p/515471for clearing the cache and rebooting. Still have the same issue and it won't give it up. Problem also exists backing up via cellular. Problem also persists after full delete and reinstallation of Dropbox on iPhone.Solved27KViews10likes42CommentsConnecting DropBox to Samsung My Files.
I have read that as of October 2019, Dropbox no longer supports connection to the Samsung "My Files" app. I suggest that Dropbox reconsiders this decision, because: 1. Other big companies' cloud storage services such as OneDrive and Google Disk are allowing connection to the Samsung "My Files" app. 2. Dropbox already allows connection to the iOS "Files" app. 3. This encourages Samsung users to easily use Dropbox within one files app, which could convert them into paid users. 4. This will not take away from the usage of the Dropbox app, since many great features are still needed to be used on the Dropbox app itself. The Samsung "My Files" app just helps to easily reach the stored files of many cloud storage services in one place, and nothing more after that. Thank you Dropbox team for all your wonderful efforts for us.2.3KViews5likes4CommentsCan’t upload PDF it says there is an issue with the name.

I’ve been having issues with my Camera Upload feature in my IOS Dropbox App. Usually when I open the app on my iPhone X, Dropbox will start locating the photos that it hasn’t uploaded yet and start uploading them. Now, it just reads “Starting camera uploads….Looking for photos” but nothing ever happens. I’ve tried closing/re-opening the app, deleting the app/re-installing, updating my IOS, deleting other photo cloud apps (Google Photos), and even upgrading to Dropbox Plus. None of these attempts have help solve my problem. Does anyone have any advice?6.9KViews4likes45CommentsRidiculously slow upload speeds
I've tried uploading through the website and using the windows app. In both cases I'm lucky if i get 1/100 of what my actual upload limit is. I'm trying to upload about 4gb worth of files and it's saying its going to take 2+ days because it's uploading at 20kbps. Even comcast is faster then this. I've already set the app to use unlimited bandwith and it hasn't helped. Dropbox is pretty easy to use, but if this is the fastest I can upload, dropbox is going to get dropped.Solved27KViews4likes86CommentsWhy do I keep seeing a 'Waiting to upload' message when trying to upload files to Dropbox?

In version 14.2.2 of the Android app, and probably already in the previos one, on Galaxy Nexus, when I try to upload to Dropbox from any location (gallery, Camscan, etc.), I can no longer choose the target folder: Dropbox gives me the first folder I used after reinstall, and I can only create a new subfolder (or canel uploading), but not navigate the folder tree and choose the folder for upload. It wasn't like that in the previous versions. This is so annoying! Please helpSolved15KViews4likes11Comments
