I receive emails from Dropbox telling me my Basic account has reached its limit; however, when I log into my account there are no files there. I have searched in all folders, there is nothing there. I have also tried to locate these files using my laptop account and there is nothing there. I cannot respond to their emails because it's from an unmonitored mailbox. I cannot call Dropbox because I have the free edition, and their free customers aren't treated with the same care as their paying customers. How can I resolve this if I cannot speak to a live person about it? I'm tempted to reach out to our state's attorney general to file a complaint. i have recieved a strange email from this address no-reply@em-s.dropbox.com it says: "There's limited space available in your Dropbox. Hello, I set up a drop box account today and have failed to receive the verification email, I have tried multiple times and tried using a different email address. I use outlook for email. I have checked the junk folder and have added no-reply@dropbox.comto my safe sender list and added no-reply@dropbox.comas a contact. I am at a loss as to what is causing the issue. I have checked the quarantine in Microsoft Admin to see if they are being stopped before they get to our inbox and no messages are in quarantine.
