I got an email saying I don't have enough space, but that's not true. Is this legit?
i have recieved a strange email from this address no-reply@em-s.dropbox.com it says: "There's limited space available in your Dropbox. Even adding just one more file might stop your account from syncing and being able to access them when you need to." that is not true, i have much more space, i thought it is a spam and i came here to check what you say about it and i saw that you say it is one of your addresses and i don't get it. can you please help me understanding this? thanks
I can't access our Business account to upload my files (I'm currently over-quota).
We have a business dropbox account in our office. We have four people using the dropbox, however I am the only one who cannot add files because it says I am on the 2GB plan. I have tried logging out. I have tried accepting a new invitation and it still says the same thing. Can anyone help me figure out how to get my teams dropbox access to work again?
