Logged into my account and all my files are missing
I've had a drop box subscription for a few years and at renewal, December 1st, 2022, I upgraded to DropBox Plus. Last week I had a blue-screen issue on my Desktop and took it to a repairman. He saved, documents, then (I suppose) cleared the hard drive, and then he reloaded Windows Home 10. When I got my computer back, I noticed I was missing programs - Reaper and Bluebeam. I was annoyed but not too concerned because I had purchase receipts and licenses stored in Dropbox. Then I noticed that Drop Box desktop short-cut was missing. I tried to log-in to DropBox but couldn't remember my password, so the DropBox Chat agent or bot sent me a password reset link. I used that to open DropBox, but all my files are missing. I paid a full year subscription in advance expecting secure cloud storage, but all my stored documents are gone ... very important documents for which there are no or very limited hard copies. Does anyone know how I can recover my old account? Because it looks like my password reset started a new account.

Hey, I have been paying 11.99 euros via paypal for a business account since June 28, 2022. Today I log in and my account is only a free account and therefore without direct contact options. In addition, all my linked data is no longer visible. In my Dropbox account, unfortunately, all statements have also disappeared. In Paypal, however, I can see the history of all my payments to Dropbox. The last payment was made on September 28, 2024. All my linked data is no longer visible. Free team account will be deleted - how can I make sure I don't lose files?
Dropbox help request! Who would like to take a look with me on a Dropbox issue? An old free team account will be canceled after tomorrow and all files will be deleted. Okay, no problem, the account is empty. But now Dropbox sometimes has folders linked together and I want to make sure I don't lose anything. I have a paid Dropbox account and my old free team account will therefore be canceled. Then I think it should go well. Right? Who wants or can take a quick look? Then I can let it go. Incorrect email at sign up cannot access email to verify
Incorrect email was entered at sign up (Different account to the one I'm currently posting on), payment has been taken but I cannot login as i cannot provide the verification code. I have raised a ticket a week ago which has "resolved" with no communication or actions for it to be resolved. I need urgently need access to the account.
