Free team account will be deleted - how can I make sure I don't lose files?
Dropbox help request!
Who would like to take a look with me on a Dropbox issue? An old free team account will be canceled after tomorrow and all files will be deleted. Okay, no problem, the account is empty.
But now Dropbox sometimes has folders linked together and I want to make sure I don't lose anything.
I have a paid Dropbox account and my old free team account will therefore be canceled. Then I think it should go well. Right?
Who wants or can take a quick look? Then I can let it go.
Thanks in advance!

Hey there, Yvette de Cologne, thanks for posting to our Community!
Can you please clarify what you mean by "linked folders"?
If your account is empty, and you've kept a copy of your files somewhere else, you don't have anything to worry about.
Let me know if you have any additional questions.

Thank you Hannah for your quick response!
I want to be sure that all my files do not accidentally end up under the account that is being closed. The account that is going to be deleted is a team account and I doubt whether my paid personal account is somehow not part of the team account that is being deleted.
Is my question a little clearer?- JayDropbox Staff
Hi Yvette de Cologne, just for clarification, do the accounts have separate email addresses?
If you login to the paid account, does it appear to be part of the team? Are the accounts linked in this way?
