Is there a fix if my Dropbox file download keeps failing?
Every time I try to download a file I get a failed status in Chrome or Safari. When I download in Firefox it fails, however Firefox allows me to "restart" the download and it begins again where it left off... so I can complete the download by repeating this as many times as necessary per file. Very annoying. For a larger file (say 4 GB) I had to do this "restart" in Firefox 4-5 times before the file reached the end of the download and completed successfully. I see this is an on-going issue for Dropbox for several years - is there an indication as to waht is causing this? Going to have to ditch the service altogether if there is no real fix. Why do I get a "Sorry, we could not find your file. Is it possible it was moved, renamed...?' error?
Error message states "Sorry, we could not find <filename>. Is it possible it was moved, renamed or deleted?" It has not been moved, renamed or deleted. Not all Excel files are affected but this is not the first time this has happened. I have 3 computers and all of them have this issue. I'm using Office 365 on all 3 computers. Why won't a video from my Dropbox account save to my iPhone?
I am trying to export an MP4 from my Dropbox to my Iphone 6c iOS 10.3.3 but am repeatedly getting the 'sorry this type of video cannot be saved to this device'. Have searched around the internet and found this question asked loads of times, yet am unable to find a clear answer as to what the cause is/how to get around this. I've exported the video from premiere, just to ensure I'm not doing anything wrong I've added a screenshot of the export settings below. Any help much appreciated as it's incredibly frustrating. I am trying to delete the Dropbox app from my Mac, but it gives me an error message saying 'The item “Dropbox” can’t be moved to the Trash because some of its plugins are in use', even after closing all other open applications. How do I fix a 'Word cannot open the document: user does not have access privileges' error?
I have been using dropbox to store and access microsoft documents on my mac for months but out of nowhere this morning when I clicked to open a document I was told 'Word cannot open the document: user does not have access privileges'. Problem opening a compressed Zip File from dropbox, getting error Compressed (zipped) folders Error
Hey guys im having a problem opening folders I have downloaded from dropbox. I have since deleted it from dropbox (so cant try reloading the files). I have tried opening it 3 on different computers and im getting the same message. I tried using both windows 7 and windows 8.1 This is the message "COMPRESSED (ZIPPED) FOLDERS ERROR Windows cannot open the folder. Hello, I've been having trouble to download some files from my dropbox account. I click to download the file, it starts, but then it sops, saying it Failed - Network error. Is there anybody here having the same problem? How can I fix it? I had this problem with multiple files, with different sizes (from 2GB to 7GB) and mine is a Pro Account (1TB total capacity).
