signature request for multiple documents & pdf links
Hi guys, I have two questions. first one, I would like to send more then one document at a time for signature.. is this possible? upon reading the help articles, it provides instructions to click on "signature" in the left collumn, next click on sign, then tick the box next to the files I would like to send for signature, however its only allowing me to click one at a time? Second question... I have a pdf document which is an induction form that has hyperlinks that will take you straight to the mandatory training modules. this document requires a signature but when i send it through dropbox the links do not work, even after the recipients receive a copy of the signed document in a pdf format. is there anyway around this? thank you.
Dropbox Sign: all text in PDF goes missing
So I decided to try Dropbox Sign. I created a PDF with a bunch of text, a raster logo, and a few signature lines. However, in the Dropbox Sign field editor, all of the text is gone; Only the raster logo and lines remain. The recipient confirms they cannot see the text. I feel kinda dumb. It's a super-simple document. What am I missing? How do I get text through the signature system?
Dropbox Sign Bulk send sign requests not working
Dropbox is Promoting Unlimited Bulk Sing requests. They even added a button called 'Bulk send'. But whatever I do, I don't see the option to send one document to a CSV list. They even have an FAQ article explaining the steps but is does not look they implemented the feature in the user interface yet. Anyone any idea what is going wrong? Dropbox sign is officially Dropbox since 2 months. "We're officially part of the Dropbox family! HelloSign is now Dropbox Sign. (For now, you'll still sign in at hellosign.com)" Some screenshots:
Edit Underlying Document in Dropbox Sign Template
I am looking for a way to create a document template in dropbox sign and easily swap out the underlying document. Thedocument that is the exact same format but we prepopulate user specific information. We use this document semi-regularly so I don't want to have to manually place the signature box every time we need to have it signed. The only documentation I found was by using the API which is more than I want to take on. Thank you in advance!
How to send a reminder for a signature request?
With the new change, does anyone know if this feature still available? The Dropbox sign become more and more a Dropbox PDF editor which does poor job than any free PDF app user can download. Wrong direction and UI is becoming poorer and poorer for a SIGNING software. To send a reminder: On hellosign.com Sign into hellosign.com. ClickDocumentsin the left sidebar. There are no folders in Save to Folder in Signature
I've just added a new member to our company DropBox and given her access to use a template in Signature. When she gets to the Save to Folder page, there are no folders available to her. There are no folders available under Choose default either. Is there another setting that needs to be enabled?Sharing/ emailing signed documents re notifications?
If I share a signed document from what I believe is my account because I see icon on the top right of the screen, with my initials using my email address, is it a private transaction or do any other members get notified? The Home Screen appears to be my account, but I’m unable to edit or delete anything except changing the name on a new document. I want to know if I have privacy
