Dropbox Sign: all text in PDF goes missing
So I decided to try Dropbox Sign. I created a PDF with a bunch of text, a raster logo, and a few signature lines. However, in the Dropbox Sign field editor, all of the text is gone; Only the raster logo and lines remain. The recipient confirms they cannot see the text. I feel kinda dumb. It's a super-simple document. What am I missing? How do I get text through the signature system?
Bulk Send - CSV file formatting
Trying to bulk send and have four fields Company Signature Full Name Title No matter what I do, Bulk Send is only expecting two fields: Full Name and Email. Doesn't matter if I have Dropbox create the .csv or if I create it myself. The error is "Expected 2 fields on row 1, found 4" Do the fields have to be tagged in a particular way?My eSignature requests are failing to send
Hi I prepped an eSignature request, sent it, got the green message to say it had sent. Nothing came through to signers. Went back to the dashboard and it is there, but when I click on the pending signers section, this comes up, with no explanation as to why? I have tried to duplicate, recreate and send again, but the same thing happens. When I go into the preview screen, I can only see the original document and nothing of the signature request boxes I added. HELP!!!request for signature never gets sent?
Hi! I have sent for a signature from the same person 3 times now and followed all the necessary prompts and I get to the end and look at my signature requests pending and it shows nothing. Looks like I never sent one. It does however tell me I only get 1 more attempt to get a signature this month....so drop box is counting it as a request, but not showing pending when I check the pending signatures page....It seems pretty straight forward and I type of this whole message to them and there doesn't appear to be one there after I finish everything. Also, no signature is coming through, which tells me it probably isn't going out for request. I'm confused....
