Hi All, I am a business user of Dropbox, and I think it would be an incredibly valuable feature wherein Dropbox can be integrated with a payment gateway, to allow monetisation of files. I.e content creators and distribution allowed to assign an admin account from their payment gateway to a folder category, where all files in the folder can be sold. As an example, an agency such as mine being able to store files in my Dropbox, categorised by client, and being able to connect their bank account directly to each file in their folder, so they can receive payment for the distribution of their files. I just messed up my Dropbox and I don't know how to fix it. I need all the help I can get! Please!! My coworker gave me access to some of their files. When I accepted their request, a message popped up asking if I would like to be added toSaturnV. I I assumed this was their file and accepted. Now I can't find anything without doing a deep dive and everything is saving in my CloudStorage >Dropbox-SaturnV (7-17-24 10/05 AM). I'm so lost and everything is bogged down. I just want it to go back to the way it was before. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this? I just started using Dropbox Shop. I had one product upload stall and give me errors. I decided to close out the page and try again the next day. But since then I get 'Something went wrong on our end. Please try again later.' every time I visithttps://www.dropbox.com/shop/products. I am able to see my storefront, but I can't see, add, or delete products. I get this message on different browsers and if I start from an incognito window, log into my Dropbox account, and navigate to Dropbox Shop. Has anyone else dealt with this? How can I reset my store or delete out whatever is affecting my store products page? Since this is for Dropbox Shop and not for my regular Dropbox files and folders, I can't delete files from my desktop app. Thanks!673Views0likes1Comment
