Some keyboard shortcuts in dropbox interfere with shortcuts from other programs on my pc, and i want to resolve this by turning off or changing the dropbox shortcuts. example: Dropbox uses my PrtScreen button, but so does Snagit, my preferred screen capture program. Hi ! It's been 2 weeks (I think) that dropbox doesn't sync when any of my VPN server are off. I don't use any weird VPN client, I just set a regular VPN, in the Win10 settings panel. Adding the VPN server adress, and done : https://image.ibb.co/k2k2Zf/Capture.png I'm pretty sure it has worked for more than a year : The dropbox sync was OK wherever any VPN was ON or OFF. The strange thing is... I tried to re-install the dropbox client, and the same thing happen with dropboxinstaller.exe cannot have access to internet if no VPN connexion is active ! Every other internet apps work normally. Firefox, Windows, Steam... Even my Nextcloud desktop client doen't care if a VPN is turned ON or OFF. It just finds its way to the internet. I recently had some assistance from the Dropbox team (thank you!) to get photos from my iPhone 8 to upload when my phone is connected to my computer. That is working now - too well, it seems. It uploads all photos each time I connect, including ones that it has previously uploaded. As a result, I have many many copies of the same photo, taking up lots of space on my Dropbox. Worse is that it is hard now to find a photo, because it is also not saving the correct info about "date file created" - it assigns the date of the upload as the date created (and also date modified) so sorting by date to find a photo is no longer possible. It does seem like it is also uploading both and original and a modified version of the file, but regardless it is uploading all available photos over and over again. I am currently using v90.4.307. When I open my dropbox captured videos they seem all ok, but they have no sound at all! I am using a desktop with Windows 10 and Google Chrome, but I ensured that the volume mixer is on and working well. I wonder why this happens only with "Dropbox Capture" and not with any other video screen recorders I have (e.g. Ashampoo Snap, Vidmore Screen Recorder, etc). Can someone please help? Is there a way to name screenshots in Capture *while editing*? I use the keyboard shortcut to start a screen cap & have the markup window open automatically after I capture. I'm very happy with the editing tools and the ability to save & copy link or image -- but there's no way to give it a name other than date/time. I see the option to go into the app that shows recent caps & click the pencil to rename there -- but that's a whole separate window to go find. I am trying to load pictures from my iPhone to Dropbox. I have not had any issues with doing this for years. I have the free basic plan. I sell on eBay and so take hundreds of pictures per week. The past few days it will only load a few pics and then stop and then I get an error message saying "There was an issue communicating with your photo library". Hello, I'm evaluating Dropbox for my business and am trying out the Dropbox Paper feature. The recorded video buffers and stalls and is more-or-less unwatchable. I don't have problems like this with any other similar tools (Loom, MS Streams, Youtube). I'm in Australia and a colleague in New Zealand has the same buffering there. I have two MacOS computers signed into the same dropbox account. Macbook1 stores captures in the Capture folder. Macbook2 does not, but its captures are saved tohttps://capture.dropbox.com/.
