I'm not receiving the password reset email. What can I do?
Hi, can't recover my other (older) account, which is obviously associated to another mail. I tried to get a mail to create a new password but I didn't find anything in the "inbox" and "spam" folder. I've tried many times (I waited 24 hours because I tried too many times, but the situation is the same) Thank you for your attention.
Prevent the Dropbox settings from being changed (OSX)
Is there a way to prevent the Dropbox settings from being changed via the icon in the taskbar? I would like a co-user of my OSX laptop to only have access to certain folders in my Dropbox. I have hidden all other folders in Dropbox in his user setup, but the settings can still be changed at any time via the taskbar icon. Can this be set via the user permissions in OSX? Dropbox admin account was deleted due to locked state
Hello, Our company’s admin Dropbox account was deleted due to locked state. However, other team members who had access to files shared from this admin account can still view them. I need to delete some of these files, but since the owner account (admin) was deleted, I no longer have control over them. When I logged back into the admin account, a new profile was created, and all previous files were missing. Is there a way to assign admin rights to one of the existing members with access to these files, so they can control and manage them as an admin? Thankyou in advance Bandana
Email is no longer in use so I can't access my account due to security code.
Dear Dropbox community I recently changed my phone& when I tried to log onto the Dropbox app on the new phone it asked me to input a code that was sent to an email I no longer use. My Dropbox account was created 15+ years ago with this email but in the meantime the domain ceased to exist so I can't access this email inbox anymore. I know the email & password to access my Dropbox but if the code is sent to an email that no longer exists it's pointless. Does anyone have any advice please on how I can regain access to my account?
