I have Dropbox up & running on 2 Android phones. I have ticked the box in Dropbox Settings to Sync Contacts on both phones. What am I supposed to do next? I can find no sign of any "contacts" on Dropbox and no syncing process happening. I can find no guidance anywhere in help or on a Google search. They all seem to say it happens automatically after ticking the right box. Frustrated and annoyed at being made to feel foolish !!Solved16KViews2likes17CommentsI have to keep waking my phone up to upload (iOS 12)
I have an iPhone X with iOS 12 installed. I have location services turned "on." I am trying to upload about 1,000 photos to a Dropbox folder. Other apps like Google Photos will just upload in the background. There seems to be no way to get Dropbox to do this, so I have to keep waking up my phone. Is there a workaround? Is this a bug? Frustrating, as this will take days.Solved8.8KViews0likes4CommentsHow to I erase the different gmail login users history on the DB app?
So here’s the scenario. I shared my phone with some family members and 3 of them logged onto DP from the app using the gmail option. They logged out but now when I want to log on I see their emails in the login history. I tried everything to erase this. I erased the app, I unlinked the emails. I just want my email to show when I click “login with gmail”Solved5KViews0likes6CommentsDate format in signatures is different to settings
Hi, I have a Dropbox Professional plan. It comes with 3 signature requests/month. (Will be upgraded to Essentials plan in December). In our Dropbox settings, I have the date set to "DD/MM/YYYY". (Language is English-UK). This all works fine and is reflected everywhere as it should. I'm now trying to set up my first Signature request. When I drag the Date box (for the date someone signs) onto the document page, it is tagged as the format "MM/DD/YYYY". I cannot use this format. So my question is: Is this just a picture to represent a date (like a squiggle is for a signature), but not actually the format that will be used? or, If it is actually the format that will be used, how do I change it? Unfortunately I cannot test question 1 above as to how the date actually is displayed as I only have 3 signatures requests included until December and can't afford to waste them!Solved3.5KViews0likes5Comments
