When a DropBox user sends a document out for e-signing, all activity should be able to be tracked in the dashboard. For example, we should see the date the document was initially sent, date(s) it was opened, how long it was left open, number of times if was opened, whether the document was saved/ downloaded, and finally date when it was signed. This information will help companies understand whether their contracts are viewed, how many times, and for how long they are viewed, and this may be an indicator of how well the agreement is received, whether the agreement was properly reviewed (or just cursory reviewed), and allows the sender to assess the appropriate follow-up.
