Please allow pairing of more than two accounts. As a contractor, I am a member of a company's business account, a team member of another company, and have my personal account. It is frustrating to only be able to pair two of them, so that when I need to access the third, I have to completely sign out of the others and sign in fresh for the third.

Thanks for that AlignAdmin , I remember this now, my bad. I was supposed to look into a MAC version of this work around, but then the issue of MAC's no longer allowing Dropbox to sync external drives, took all my attention way from this issue here.

Being able to use the app for two business accounts is really important to be able to effectively work with two different companies as a freelancer. This seems like a design flaw, and it would make it so much more effective to work.

It would be fanastic to be able to sync multiple business accounts on one computer - especially useful for consultants and those with multiple jobs...

"Not for right now"? That is no explanation on why and that is no way to listen to your customers. Specially the power user ones. This will be second step on your descent to irrelevance, as soon as you can't support external drives anymore. This is super sad, I wish we had an explanation for this.

This is a frustrating notification since the announcement in March seemed like this was a "coming soon" and this feels like a "nope, not happening". What happened with the Beta testing? I signed up but I never got any information, so I wonder if anyone tested this in that space?

My "power user" method, for now, is to program my Synology nas to sync to multiple dropbox accounts, and to mount the Synology to access those materials.
This is very different from having multiple resident accounts; I do hope this will reappear on the product roadmap.
Honestly glad it's not, because I'd end up spending hundreds of dollars a year more with Dropbox than I do now 😉

is that portable jeremiahmoore ?

What it means here is: I have a few thousand dollars worth of equipment (synology nas with 8 drives installed) on a network connection.
I've set up Synology Cloud Sync, which can run multiple Dropbox connection instances. Sync is not as fast as desktop; items take longer to appear for some reason (I've not measure how long, I mostly use it in the background for non-time-urgent stuff.)
it's possible to configure the Synology for remote access either getting files on a as-needed basis, or synchronized local copy using Synology Drive Client.
so: it's *sort of* portable.
Service level is definitely reduced. No right-click to generate a share link, etc; files are slower to appear; etc.-j

@fjassfjazz—you mentioned a while back that Mac's no longer sync to externals? Im still running my sync on an external...maybe something with M1 or newer chips?
Im running Ventura 13.2...on a mid 2017 imac.
Im getting ready to upgrade (finally) and worried now.
I have yet another new client with a DB business account... Today's news is NOT GOOD!
unfortunately, there's not alot of other options either. BOX is the same scenario. Actually worse...no second sync whatsoever!
