This is also an issue I face. I use a business account from one employer and have maxed-out my personal plan.
I am involved in the creative industries and require a lot of storage capacity (running at ~6-8TB presently) for my personal use. I'm not interested in "value added" features just a basic service with selective sync and loads of space. And I'm happy to pay a competitive rate.
Presently, I use a combination of Google Drive, iCloud and OneDrive in addition to DropBox.
I have resorted to using NAS storage and a data backup service.
As far as I can see, there is a "willing" market for high storage personal user accounts.
Whilst this "daft" voting system has some merit, might I suggest that none of the leading providers are offering a similar service and thus the first to do so will have my business and the rest can go f... themselves.
I don't see why it's such a big deal to stick 10TB out there at say $30 /month and say take-it or leave-it. In my opinion, I believe the concern is that this could be hugely popular and thus overwhelm the existing infrastructure.
