I'm one of those guys who's always recommended Dropbox as it's SO useful and reliable, even if a bit slow sometimes. I've been a paying member for years.

 

Now I've hit my 1TB limit and only just realised with horror that I can't buy any more or upgrade. It seems Dropbox doesn't want customers like me. I am a freelance creative (just like thousands upon thousands of other Dropbox users) and so don't see Dropbox Business as a viable option (minimum £45 a month LOLZ WTF). 

 

Why don't you want my custom any more Dropbox? Which of your competitors should I go to now?

Currently we only offer a 1 TB plan for Dropbox Plus/Professional accounts. Larger plans are only available with a Dropbox Business subscription. For more info on what each plan offers, check out this page. 
 
However, I do understand that this is important to you, and so I’ve made sure to pass your comments and thoughts along to the dev team for review. For this reason, I've also moved your post to Share an idea.
