THERE SHOULD BE AN OPTION TO DELETE MULTIPLES SHARED LINKS AT ONCE. PEOPLE ARE BUYING UR SERVICES BY PAYING ALOT BECAUSE ITS GOOD TO KEEP YOUR DATA ON CLOUDS RATHER THEN KEEPING IT IN MOBILE OR LAPTOPS. YOU SHOULD MAKE MULTIPLE LINKS DELETE OPTIONS SO THAT WE CAN DELETE OLD LINKS EASILY RIGHT NOW AM SITTING FROM PAST 1 HOUR AND DELETING OLD LINKS ONE BY ONE....ALSO ITS HARD TO GO TO EVERY FOLDER AND VALIDATE TIME FOR EVERY SINGLE FOLDER MAKE IT SIMPLE AND BRING AN OPTION IN DROPBOX SETTINGS WHERE WE CAN VALIDATE ALL THE FOLDERS FOR PARTICULAR DAYS RATHER THEN DOING IT IN EVERY SINGLE FOLDER WE SHARE ONE OPTION FOR ALL THE FILES.
There is no option to remove many shared links at a one time. I found same question from 2015:

This was 5 years ago. And still no option. Really? My team has about 500 links? maybe 1000? I dont now. I dont want to count it. I want to delete links from specified projects, or all links oldest than 1 year for example. Delete all links through script as a solution in previous thread is no option for us. We need to keep a lot of newest created links. But i dont have hours to delete out of date link one by one.Is it problem to implemet checkbox to select multiple links?
We have the same issue in my firm. Would be very useful to have both the ability to delete links enmasse as an administrator, but also to enforce a link expiration for all links. i.e. someone creates a link, and it automatically expires in three months rather than never, unless they manually go in and change it to forever.
Hello Dropbox, I would like to request a feature for your website. Under the 'Shared' section of the Dropbox website, I have thousands of screenshot 'links' but can’t find a way to remove all these screenshot links at once. I know how to delete the single files but there is literally thousands of linked screenshots from now all the way back to 2014 that would take me days to delete each individually, could I request that you add section boxes with a "select all" function to delete multiple links at once? I have now disabled the 'Share screenshots using Dropbox: Get a link instantly so you can share screenshots in a snap' on my computer but want to clear the screenshot Links in 'Shared' so I can see other items that have a sharing link. Please could you consider this feature for future release and let me know if you add it to the Dropbox website as it would be much appreciated.
This would be of great benefit for us also, as well as gibbon22's suggestion above. Being able to have a global setting for all links to expire after X number of days, rather than having to manually do that on every single link would save us oodles and oodles of time.
Enable admins and users to batch delete external shared links. We review shared links every quarter and with hundreds to thousands of external links this process is incredibly inefficient and time-consuming .... it takes 3-clicks to remove each link.

Was about to post this as an idea and I saw this. I've spent nearly an hour as well, deleting each link one by one. This is really silly. Please create a multiple-select option to delete shared links.
The painstaking three click process to delete a single shared file link is making me regret becoming a paying customer.
Especially with the screenshot sharing feature, the amount of links really piles up and there's no way to quickly revoke links.
It seems that this has been a complaint for at least 6 years now and I'm not sure why Dropbox has avoided implementing something as basic as multiple selection when it comes to shared files.

- Just spent the past hour deleting a years worth of shared links. Not fun
Here is a post on how to do this in an automated way. I just did it myself in Chrome on 2021-05-12. I had over 3,000 shared links in our Dropbox Business account. After I pasted the script in the Chrome Console, I watched it delete the links one by one as if a ghost was doing it.

It would be interesting to be able to massively delete shared links and not have to delete them one by one individually.
