Automatically update the copies (clone files) when editing the original file
We use our dropbox to hold educational materials for our Nail Brand. To make it easier on the staff we have folders for each course. In each of those folders there are files that are repeated in each one. Every time we want to update that file we have to then make sure it is updated everywhere else it lives. In this new world of ai, I am hoping there is a way in the future to have ONE main document in a parent folder and then little clones of it living in each of the other folders. When we decide it needs an update, we are able to change the parent file and the clones all change too. I hope this makes sense. Right now, as a newish employee I do not know where all these files live.
