Vielen Dank für Ihren Beitrag in unserem Forum!
Um dieses Problem zu beheben, kontrollieren Sie bitte wenn Sie ein kostenloses Basic Abo haben, dass Sie nicht mehr als 3 Geräte (Computer und mobile App) verknüpft haben.
Wenn dies der Fall ist, dann müssen Sie ein älteres Gerät zunächst trennen und anschließend das Neue verknüpfen. Die Höchstanzahl der verknüpften Geräte für Basic-Nutzer ist 3.
Hier können Sie Ihre Geräte verwalten: https://www.dropbox.com/account/security
Leider ist es weder möglich, diese Beschränkung zu umgehen, noch kann das Problem ohne die vorherige Aufhebung der Geräteverknüpfung gelöst werden.
