The one-time code doesn't arrive to my work email address.
I have been trying to access the dropbox account I created with my work email address. I have no other devices linked to this account. I have been waiting for a code to login for about half hour now and even when I ask it to resend I cannot get a code. There is nothing in my junk folder.

I assume you still have access to the work email?
If so its probably worth checking that the IT team are not blocking it
