replacing admin

The person with admin credentials has left our organization. We have access to his email account which received a billing renewal notice but we do not have access to the dropbox admin login to make changes. Is there a work around?

    Reset the password for his Dropbox account and you should be able to sign in with it. The username would be his email address.
