I have had a Dropbox account for 10 years. I tried to log into my account today, and was not able to log in. I entered my e-mail again and reset my password and my account is completely empty. Please, is there any way to restore my files? I have a lot of special photos on there that are priceless to me.
I am certain that I did not delete the files myself, and I am sure that I used the correct e-mail to login. I received no notice that Dropbox would delete my files.

Hey lt6, sorry to see that you're having this issue.
Why were you not able to login to your account initially? Did you get some kind of error message?
Also, when was the last time you accessed your account before today?
- lt619 days agoExplorer | Level 3Hi Hannah, it’s been a few months since I’ve last logged in. I entered my password, but I got an error that the password was incorrect. I reset my password with the email, and when I was able to log in, all of the files that were there before were all gone. 😞
