Which platform do you use when trying to sign into your account? Do you use our desktop app, mobile app or website?

I used you website. At first, i tried to login and the 6digit code never sent to me.
Afterwards, i changed my password (because it was weak and i thought maybe that was the problem).
Now, I can not log in because it said "invalid email or password".
