Getting an error that email is taken when trying to change my email in the account settings
I was recently invited to join the team and, upon opening the provided link, I was prompted to create a new account due to having two accounts. I misunderstood the instructions and thought my existing files would migrate to this new account. I used an email address that I can no longer access for the new account, and I would like to revert to my old email address.
When I attempted to change my email in the account settings, I received a message stating that the email is already taken. Could you please assist me in transferring my files back to my original email address and resolving this issue?

Hey there VYV - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
The message you got that the email is taken when trying to change the email address on your account means that there's already a Dropbox account associated with that email address.
Have you tried logging into that account perhaps?
Let us know more information and we'll take it from there.

I have 3 acounts because i created by by mistake a 3rd one and transfer all my files there. I would like to delete this 3rd account but before transfer all my files back to old one.

Hey VYV, thanks for the update here.
There's no automatic way to transfer files from one account to the other.
You can either share the files in the 3rd account with the preferred one, or download them from the 3rd account and then upload them to the preferred one.
