Can I reset my password without access to the email as I forgot it?

i have forgotten my password and no longer have access to my email, how can i reset my password and change my email?

i have a big problem .. and unfortunately i can't talk to anyone about tech support. The situation is that my account is associated with an email that is no longer in function .. and I lost my password so I have no way to recover it since the confirmation email is sent to the email that does not. plus function. Also I have tried to find a way to contact the company and there is no option to chat with a real person. I do not know what to do
