URGENT need to cancel "Free Trial" before 11 days!

I already have the BASIC PLAN. I - mistakenly - also enrolled for a FREE TRIAL PLAN. Today is Nov. 6/2022. - On Nov. 17/2022 (in 11 days) I will be charged for the free trial plan, unless I cancel....

    Since it seems that you're on the Basic plan, your free trial must have been already cancelled jackfelldownandbrokehiscrown

Can you please let me know what exactly is reported in your account's plan tab at the moment? 

 

Let me know what you find and we'll take it from there.
